Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled at any time before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled via the website.

Return Policy

• Return Window: Returns are accepted strictly for damaged, defective, or incorrect products received, and must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Customized items are non-returnable.
• Pickup Process: We will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery location. If reverse pickup is unavailable in your pin code, you may be requested to self-ship the item to our warehouse.

Refund Policy

• Eligibility: Refunds are approved exclusively if the received item is damaged, defective, wrong, or has missing parts.
• Processing: Once the item is collected and verified at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method (or via UPI/Bank Transfer for Cash on Delivery orders).
